We recommend comparing the listed measurements with a similar garment that fits you well.

Vustronexis is not responsible for an incorrect size selection when the product supplied matches the size selected by the customer and the measurements or sizing information provided on the product page, except where otherwise required by applicable law or our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Product Availability

All products and product options are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

11. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are listed in:

We reserve the right to update product prices, shipping rates, discounts, and promotions.

Price changes do not affect an order that has already been accepted and successfully paid, except when an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, or system error, we may:

• Allow the customer to confirm the order at the correct price
• Cancel the affected order and issue an eligible refund

The complete order total will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Our estimated production time is:

Production time begins after payment has been confirmed and the order has completed any required verification.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Production may require additional time because of:

• Product availability issues
• Technical problems
• Fulfillment disruptions
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Actual delivery time may be affected by:

18. Shipping Fees

Our standard flat shipping fee is:

$6.50 USD per order

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking may not update immediately after a number is created. Carriers may require additional time to scan the package and display the first tracking event.

Products within the same order may be produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations.

• Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

Separate delivery does not necessarily mean that part of an order is missing.

Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, altering, or otherwise caring for an item contrary to the provided instructions may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
